In contrast, Kraldar is optimistic, open-minded, and proactive about getting Winterhold back on the map. The Great Collapse happened 80 years ago, before he was even born, yet he mopes around like it happened last week and refuses to do anything about it. The worst of them all has got to be Korir. His family's history of corruption is a big red flag though. His stance against the Forsworn is a bit violent, but justifiable. Everyone and their cousin knows Riften belongs to Maven, everyone but the bloody Jarl. But she's so unbelievably DENSE that it's almost comical. On the surface, Laila seems like a good, kind Jarl who does want to help Riften. Sorli is a complete opportunist who doesn't give a shit about Hjaalmarch and is unashamed to admit it. Skald is a senile despot that seems not to care more about sucking up to Ulfric than his own hold. Dengeir also seems to have his heart in the right place, but he's a bit too paranoid. Dude can't even be bothered to thank you for giving him the city. At least he's proactive, if a bit overly aggressive and cranky about everything. Not one of them seems like a decent leader to me. The Stormcloak Jarls are a big part of why I always go Imperial.
