Also for Dogs of War camp, I can only re-train stacks of mercenaries, but can't recruit them if a unit died, then it's gone. I took different settelemnt types (with elf, orc, chaos buildings), but I can only build the same units. Is there any way to get more heavy infantry type of troops (that are not javelin users, like huscarls)? Is there any way to get siege weapons? (assaulting settlements is a nightmare and serious disadvantage atm) Is there any way to get normal knight-like units? (not the light cavalry norscan raiders, they have extremely low attack rate) Units are the foundational building blocks of your military campaign. I have decided to ally with the Empire thus not building chaos temples and stuff. First, Penthesilea's 'War Chain' is so much better than the 'Camp Stance' system in Warhammer II. I get this might seem like a cop-out, but I honestly feel like Penthesilea's Amazonian faction is the best a horde faction has ever felt or played in a Total War game. So far the basic units are not too powerful (I'm not fan of these javelin throwing guys, they have low range and by the time they could throw a round the enemy is already in melee). Change 1: Give Them The Horde System From Total War Saga: Troy. Hey, I started a campaign with Norsca and I'm wondering if it's possible to get better units later at all?
